On Saturday May 23rd we attended the Born Sisters concert/Wilmington Blue Rocks baseball game to benefit Ingleside Homes, a local non-profit organization that provides housing and healthcare for low income seniors. The event was held at Frawley Stadium in Wilmington, DE and many people turned out to see the game and watch the Born Sisters perform.

Kristen and Kara, the Born Sisters put on a great show after the game arriving in style on a rolling stage that came across the baseball field. The crowd had a great time listening to them and they have quite a following of fans from southern PA and DE. They are originally from Kennett Square, PA and recently played at the CMA Fest and will also be playing at the Big Barrell Music Fest on June 27th in Dover, DE.

Matt Slap Subaru was a table sponsor for the event and we handed out some fun giveaways that included some Matt Slap Subaru water bottles, cord keepers, mini flashlights, a Subaru tote bag, hat and drink coozie. We met lots of Subaru enthusiasts at the event that told us about how they love their Subaru! We were excited to be a part of an event to help raise money for Ingleside Homes to help them continue to provide great care to low income seniors in our area.
