    RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate enthusiastically in ongoing training - learn about the products and services we offer and how to present them and our Dealership to prospective purchasers
  • Approach, greet, and offer assistance to any visitors of the Dealership
  • Assist in the vehicle selection process by asking questions and listening carefully to responses.
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
  • Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Build strong rapport with customers; close sales
  • Work closely with Management team and comply with Company policies and sales processes.
  • Deliver the best purchasing experience of every customer's life by presenting and providing value, demonstrating respect for their time, being responsive to their needs, questions, and concerns, and honoring all commitments made.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior Sales / Customer Service experience
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Proven record of high customer service ratings
  • Persistent, competitive, high energy nature
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for making outbound sold and unsold follow-up calls
  • Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
  • Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
  • Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection
  • Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to work Full Time including Saturdays and some evenings
  • Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice
  • Possess time management skills and be able to work independently
  • Not scared of the word "No"
  • Take direction well
  • Must like being part of a TEAM
